Coronavirus Update 25/3/2020
Given the fluid and quick moving nature of COVID-19 in Australia, we want to take a moment to let you know what Simply Shutters is doing to respond.
We value our relationship with you and we want to reassure you that we remain open for business.
The health and wellbeing of our people and customers comes first. We are monitoring the situation daily, actioning a number of policy directives so that we are prepared and ready to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 – while at the same time, maintaining our product and service to you.
We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our staff, community and our valued customers remains our greatest priority.
In the interests of mitigating COVID-19 impacts on Simply Shutters business, its people and customers we have implemented the below directives:
- Our showroom is currently closed to all visitors. We can arrange consultations by phone or email us with your plans or window measurements and photos and we will be able to provide you with advice and a quotation.
- Our administration team may operate remotely, so please email where possible.
- For face to face quotes and installations, we are following directions from the Australian Government closely and are taking this situation very seriously. We are adhering to best practices in social distancing and hygiene.
The Current Global COVID-19 crisis has disrupted supply chains around the world.
We have been working with our suppliers to keep these disruptions to a minimum. Our lead times for imported shutters from China are back to their normal lead time. For blinds, awnings & curtains, there may be some shortages of some fabrics, but we anticipate minimal shortages at this stage.
Our commitment to customer service will remain unchanged. We remain accessible and ready to assist you with any challenges that may present. Please direct any enquiries to email@example.com
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Lastly, on behalf of Simply Shutters – we wish you and your families the best of health & safety during this challenge and thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
